If forget cloud isn't for you, email hello@forget.sh within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions that matter.
You can cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid period and no further charges occur. Renewal payments are generally not refunded once a period has begun, except where required by law or when the service materially failed — tell us what happened.
Refunds are executed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
