Terms of Service

Effective October 23, 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern Forget, Forget Cloud and the Forget plugins for tools such as Cursor (the "Service"), provided by Multi-turn Inc. ("we").

2. Changes to these terms

We post changes 7 days ahead, or 30 days ahead for changes against your interest. If you don't agree, you can stop using the Service and delete your account.

3. Accounts

  • Sign in with GitHub or Google. You must be at least 14.
  • One account has one memory store. You can't point it at another store.
  • Keep your account to yourself.
  • During early access, sign-up may be by invitation only.

4. What the Service does

  • It stores memory, searches it, recalls it with sources, and offers deep recall.
  • Connected apps can search, save (if you allow it) and request corrections or confirmations.
  • Only you can delete memory or change settings.
  • Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

5. Price and limits

  • The Service is free for now, with per-account fair-use limits shown on your account page.
  • We will announce any paid plan 30 days ahead and will not charge you anything without your separate agreement.

6. Your memory

  • Your memory is yours. We store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the Service.
  • Model training follows section 8 of the Privacy Policy: your memory content is used only if you opt in.
  • You must have the right to store what you put in.

7. Don't

  • use someone else's account or store;
  • get around limits, permissions or security;
  • disrupt or overload the Service;
  • resell the Service without our consent;
  • store unlawful or infringing content.

8. Changes to the Service

  • This is early access, so features may change or stop. We announce important changes ahead of time.
  • Before ending the Service we give 30 days' notice, and during that period we will send you an export of your memory on request (hello@forget.sh).

9. No guarantee of accuracy

  • Recall can be wrong or incomplete. Trust labels (for example green or yellow) are for reference.
  • Check the original before important decisions.

10. Liability

  • Except for intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses from using the free Service, or for the conduct of tools and model providers you connect.
  • This section does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Ending

  • You can delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or end access for violations of section 7, with notice and a chance to respond except in urgent cases.

12. Law

Korean law applies. Disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 주식회사 멀티턴(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 Forget과 Forget Cloud, 그리고 Cursor 등 외부 도구용 Forget 플러그인(이하 통틀어 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다.

제2조 (정의)

  1. "기억": 이용자가 연결한 에이전트를 통해 서비스에 저장된 대화 원문과 메모.
  2. "연결 앱": 이용자가 승인해 서비스와 연결한 AI 도구나 에이전트.
  3. "깊은 회상": 질문에 맞는 기억을 골라 출처가 달린 답으로 다시 짜는 기능.

제3조 (약관의 효력과 변경)

  1. 이 약관은 서비스 화면이나 연결된 페이지에 게시해 효력이 생깁니다.
  2. 회사는 관계 법령을 어기지 않는 범위에서 약관을 바꿀 수 있습니다. 바꿀 때는 시행 7일 전에, 이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전에 알립니다.
  3. 바뀐 약관에 동의하지 않으면 이용을 멈추고 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (계정)

  1. GitHub 또는 Google 계정으로 가입합니다. 만 14세 미만은 가입할 수 없습니다.
  2. 한 계정에는 하나의 기억 저장소가 있고, 다른 저장소를 지정할 수 없습니다.
  3. 이용자는 자기 계정과 로그인 수단을 관리할 책임이 있으며, 다른 사람이 쓰게 해서는 안 됩니다.
  4. 서비스는 현재 얼리 액세스 단계이며, 회사가 정한 방법(초대 등)으로만 가입을 받을 수 있습니다.

제5조 (서비스 내용)

  1. 회사는 기억의 저장, 검색, 출처가 달린 회상, 깊은 회상을 제공합니다.
  2. 연결 앱은 기억 찾기, 저장(이용자가 허용한 경우), 정정과 확인 요청을 할 수 있습니다.
  3. 기억 삭제와 설정 변경은 이용자만 할 수 있습니다.
  4. 서비스가 처리하는 개인정보는 별도의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

제6조 (요금과 이용 한도)

  1. 서비스는 현재 무료입니다. 계정별 공정 사용 한도가 있으며, 한도는 계정 화면에 표시합니다.
  2. 회사가 유료 요금을 도입할 때는 시행 30일 전에 알리며, 이용자가 따로 동의하기 전에는 어떤 요금도 청구하지 않습니다.

제7조 (기억에 대한 권리)

  1. 기억에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
  2. 회사는 서비스를 제공하는 데 필요한 범위에서만 기억을 저장, 처리, 전송합니다. 모델 학습은 개인정보 처리방침 제8조를 따르며, 기억 내용은 이용자가 따로 동의한 경우에만 씁니다.
  3. 이용자는 기억에 담긴 내용을 서비스에 맡길 권리가 있어야 합니다.

제8조 (금지 행위)

  1. 다른 사람의 계정이나 저장소를 쓰거나, 쓰려고 시도하는 행위
  2. 이용 한도, 권한 제한, 보안 장치를 우회하는 행위
  3. 서비스 운영을 방해하거나 과도한 부하를 주는 행위
  4. 회사의 동의 없이 서비스를 재판매하거나 다른 서비스의 일부로 제공하는 행위
  5. 법령을 어기거나 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 내용을 저장하는 행위

제9조 (서비스의 변경과 중단)

  1. 서비스는 얼리 액세스 단계로, 기능이 바뀌거나 일부가 중단될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 미리 알립니다.
  2. 서비스를 끝낼 때는 30일 전에 알리고, 그 기간 동안 요청하시면(hello@forget.sh) 기억을 내보내 드립니다.

제10조 (보증의 한계)

  1. 회사는 기억과 회상 결과의 정확성이나 완전성을 보장하지 않습니다. 결과에 붙는 신뢰 표시(예: 녹색, 노란색)는 참고 정보입니다.
  2. 중요한 판단은 이용자가 원문을 확인해 내려야 합니다.

제11조 (책임의 제한)

  1. 회사는 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한, 무료로 제공되는 서비스의 이용으로 생긴 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  2. 회사는 이용자가 연결한 외부 도구나 그 모델 제공자의 행위에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  3. 관계 법령상 책임을 제한할 수 없는 경우에는 이 조를 적용하지 않습니다.

제12조 (이용 정지와 해지)

  1. 이용자는 언제든 계정 화면에서 계정을 삭제해 이용 계약을 끝낼 수 있습니다.
  2. 회사는 이용자가 제8조를 어기면 서비스 이용을 정지하거나 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다. 긴급한 경우가 아니면 미리 알리고 소명할 기회를 드립니다.

제13조 (준거법과 관할)

이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁은 「민사소송법」에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
