Privacy Policy
Effective October 23, 2026
Multi-turn Inc. ("we") processes the personal information of people who use Forget and Forget Cloud (the "Service") under Korea's Personal Information Protection Act. This policy explains what we process and why, when we delete it, and what you can do.
At a glance
- Forget is a long-term memory shared by your AI tools. Memory is kept word for word, in a store that is yours alone.
- We do not sell your memory, use it for ads, or give it to other companies for their training.
- Your memory content trains Multi-turn's own memory model only if you separately opt in on your account page. It is off by default and you can withdraw anytime (section 8). We do not train on anyone's memory today.
- Writing is off unless you allow it when you connect an app.
- You can delete all of your memory, or your whole account, from your account page.
1. Scope
- Local Forget software keeps memory on your machine and does not send it to us.
- Forget Cloud (cloud.forget.sh) keeps memory in your own store on our servers, so agents that run in the cloud (for example Cursor agents or Grok Bot) can use it. Most of this policy is about Forget Cloud.
2. What we process and why

- Secret scrubbing. Before storage we remove text that looks like passwords, API keys, tokens, card numbers or one-time codes. This is best effort, so please keep sensitive data out of conversations.
- What we do not keep. The connection server forwards requests to your store and does not keep request or response bodies.
3. Retention and deletion

Records that the law requires us to keep are stored separately for that period, then deleted. There are no paid plans or payment records today.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or provide your personal information to third parties. When an agent you connected asks for memory, we return the result to that agent on your instruction. That memory then becomes part of the agent's conversation with its model provider (for example Cursor or xAI), under that provider's terms.

Each recipient's privacy policy: AWS, Fly.io, Anthropic, GitHub, Google.
- If you don't use deep recall, nothing goes to Anthropic.
- The US connection server is required for Forget Cloud. If you'd rather avoid it, use local Forget only.
6. Your rights
- You can ask to access, correct, delete or stop processing your information at any time.
- On your account page you can disconnect apps, turn off writing, and use "Delete all my memory" and "Delete my account".
- For anything else, write to hello@forget.sh. We act without delay and tell you the result.
7. Children
The Service is not for children under 14. If we learn we hold a child's information, we delete it promptly.
8. Model training
- Without consent. To run and improve recall we may analyse pseudonymized signals that contain no memory content. Today these exist only as recall-process records inside your own store, which expire after 30 days.
- Only with your consent: "Help improve the memory model". A separate setting on your account page, off by default. If you turn it on, we may de-identify your memory and use it to train Multi-turn's own long-term memory model. Every change is recorded with its time.
- Not yet in use. We don't make training copies today. Before any training on consenting users' data begins, we will update this policy with where it is processed and how long copies are kept, and notify you in advance.
- Withdrawal. Turn the setting off anytime on your account page. Your data is then excluded from future training runs; models already trained can't be untrained. Deleting your account counts as withdrawal.
- No penalty. Declining or withdrawing never limits the Service.
- Never sold or shared with other companies for their training.
9. Security
- Isolated per-user stores. One account cannot point at another store.
- Sign-in tokens are stored only as hashes.
- Encryption in transit (TLS). Backups on Amazon S3 and the connection server's storage are encrypted at rest. Memory content is not separately encrypted at the application level.
- Server-enforced app permissions: agents cannot delete memory or change settings.
- Server administration access is limited to the minimum number of people, and stored memory is accessed only when needed to operate the Service, fix faults, or respond to legal requests.
10. Cookies
cloud.forget.sh uses only cookies that are strictly necessary. There are no ad or analytics cookies, and this website (forget.sh) uses none.

개인정보 처리방침

주식회사 멀티턴(이하 "회사")은 Forget과 Forget Cloud(이하 "서비스")를 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 처리합니다. 이 방침은 회사가 어떤 정보를 왜 처리하고, 언제 지우며, 이용자가 무엇을 할 수 있는지 알려 드립니다.
한눈에 보기
- Forget은 이용자의 AI 도구가 함께 쓰는 장기기억입니다. 기억은 받은 원문 그대로, 이용자별로 분리된 저장소에 보관합니다.
- 기억을 팔지 않고, 광고에 쓰지 않으며, 다른 회사의 학습에 넘기지 않습니다.
- 기억 원문은 이용자가 계정 화면에서 따로 동의한 경우에만 멀티턴의 장기기억 모델 학습에 씁니다. 동의는 기본으로 꺼져 있고 언제든 철회할 수 있습니다(8조). 현재는 누구의 기억으로도 학습하지 않습니다.
- 쓰기는 이용자가 앱을 연결할 때 직접 허용해야만 켜집니다.
- 계정 화면에서 기억 전부, 또는 계정 전체를 직접 지울 수 있습니다.
1. 적용 범위
- Forget 로컬 소프트웨어는 기억을 이용자의 컴퓨터에 두며, 회사로 보내지 않습니다.
- Forget Cloud (cloud.forget.sh)는 클라우드에서 동작하는 에이전트(예: Cursor 에이전트, Grok Bot)가 기억을 쓸 수 있도록 회사 서버의 이용자 전용 저장소에 기억을 보관합니다. 이 방침의 대부분은 Forget Cloud에 관한 것입니다.
2. 처리하는 개인정보와 목적

- 비밀정보 자동 제거. 기억을 저장하기 전에 비밀번호, API 키, 토큰, 카드번호, 인증번호로 보이는 내용을 서버에서 지웁니다. 완벽하지 않으므로 민감한 정보는 대화에 넣지 않기를 권합니다.
- 보관하지 않는 것. 연결·로그인 서버는 요청을 이용자 저장소로 전달할 뿐, 요청과 응답 본문을 보관하지 않습니다.
- 민감정보. 회사는 민감정보나 고유식별정보를 수집할 목적이 없습니다. 이용자가 대화에 직접 적은 경우 그 원문이 기억에 남을 수 있으며, 언제든 지울 수 있습니다.

전자 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 지웁니다. 관계 법령이 보존을 요구하는 정보는 그 기간 동안 분리해 보관한 뒤 파기합니다. 현재 유료 결제는 없습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 팔거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 연결한 에이전트가 기억을 요청하면, 이용자의 지시에 따라 그 결과를 해당 에이전트에 돌려줍니다. 돌려받은 기억은 그 에이전트가 쓰는 모델 제공자(예: Cursor, xAI)와의 대화에 포함되며, 그 제공자의 약관과 방침에 따라 처리됩니다.
5. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
국외에 있는 업체로의 이전은 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8에 따라 알려 드립니다.

각 업체의 개인정보 처리방침: AWS, Fly.io, Anthropic, GitHub, Google.
- 깊은 회상을 쓰지 않으면 Anthropic으로 정보가 가지 않습니다.
- 미국 서버(Fly.io) 경유는 Forget Cloud 이용에 꼭 필요합니다. 원하지 않으면 로컬 Forget만 쓸 수 있습니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
- 언제든 자신의 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요구할 수 있습니다.
- 계정 화면에서 연결한 앱 끊기, 쓰기 권한 끄기, "내 기억 전부 지우기", "계정 삭제"를 직접 할 수 있습니다.
- 그 밖의 요청은 hello@forget.sh로 보내 주시면 지체 없이 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
7. 만 14세 미만 아동
서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동의 가입을 받지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 것을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
8. 모델 학습
- 동의 없이 하는 것. 회상 기능을 운영하고 개선하기 위해, 기억 내용이 들어 있지 않은 신호를 가명처리해 분석할 수 있습니다. 현재 이런 신호는 이용자 저장소 안의 회상 과정 기록으로만 있으며 30일 뒤 만료됩니다.
- 동의한 경우에만: "기억 모델 개선에 참여". 계정 화면의 별도 설정이며 기본으로 꺼져 있습니다. 켜면 회사는 기억을 비식별 처리한 뒤 멀티턴의 장기기억 모델 학습에 쓸 수 있습니다. 설정을 바꿀 때마다 시각과 함께 기록합니다.
- 아직 쓰지 않음. 현재는 학습용 사본을 만들지 않습니다. 동의한 이용자의 데이터로 학습을 시작하기 전에, 처리 장소와 사본 보관 기간을 이 방침에 추가하고 미리 알려 드립니다.
- 철회. 계정 화면에서 언제든 끌 수 있습니다. 끄면 이후의 학습에서 빠집니다. 이미 학습을 마친 모델에서 되돌릴 수는 없습니다. 계정을 삭제하면 철회한 것으로 봅니다.
- 불이익 없음. 동의하지 않거나 철회해도 서비스 이용에 제한이 없습니다.
- 판매·제공 금지. 기억을 팔거나, 다른 회사의 학습용으로 제공하지 않습니다.
9. 안전성 확보 조치
- 이용자별로 분리된 저장소. 한 계정이 다른 저장소를 지정할 수 없습니다.
- 로그인 토큰은 해시로만 저장합니다.
- 전송 구간은 TLS로 암호화합니다. Amazon S3 백업과 연결 서버의 저장 공간은 저장 상태에서 암호화됩니다. 기억 내용을 애플리케이션 단계에서 따로 암호화하지는 않습니다.
- 연결 앱 권한을 서버에서 제한합니다. 에이전트는 기억을 삭제하거나 설정을 바꿀 수 없습니다.
- 서버 관리 권한은 최소 인원으로 제한하며, 저장된 기억에는 서비스 운영, 장애 해결, 법적 요구 대응에 필요한 경우에만 접근합니다.
10. 쿠키
cloud.forget.sh는 꼭 필요한 쿠키만 씁니다. 광고나 분석용 쿠키는 없으며, 이 웹사이트(forget.sh)는 쿠키를 쓰지 않습니다.

13. 방침의 변경
