The short version

Your memories live on your machine. When you use forget cloud, recall requests pass through our relay to be computed on and answered — request and response bodies are not stored, not logged, and not retained. We keep the bill, not the memory.

What we process

• Deep-recall requests (cloud subscribers only): the question and candidate snippets are transmitted to our relay and a hosted inference provider, processed in memory to produce the answer, and discarded. No content is written to disk by us.
• Account records: a hash of your token, timestamps, and per-request token counts — kept for billing and quota.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Paddle.com (merchant of record). We never see your card details. Paddle shares your email with us for receipts and support.

Subprocessors

Paddle (payments), Fly.io (relay hosting), and a GPU inference provider configured for no prompt retention (currently Deep Infra). Each processes only what the section above describes.

What we don't do

No analytics trackers on this site, no advertising, no sale of data, no training on your content.

Your rights

Email hello@forget.sh to access or delete your account records. Deleting your token record ends the subscription's service linkage; billing history retention follows Paddle's obligations.
