Refund Policy

Effective October 26, 2026

This applies to paid Forget plans (Forget Teams). Personal use is free.

• If Forget Teams isn't right for you, email hello@forget.sh within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
• You can cancel at any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
• Renewal payments are not refunded once a period has begun, except where the law requires it or the service materially failed. Tell us what happened and we will look at it.
• Removing seats takes effect at the next renewal.
• Refunds are made by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

환불 정책 (한국어)

유료 Forget 요금제(Forget Teams)에 적용됩니다. 개인 이용은 무료입니다.

• Forget Teams가 맞지 않으면 첫 결제 후 14일 안에 hello@forget.sh로 알려 주세요. 전액 환불합니다.
• 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 계속 쓸 수 있고, 그 뒤로는 결제되지 않습니다.
• 갱신 결제는 기간이 시작된 뒤에는 환불하지 않습니다. 다만 법이 정한 경우나 서비스가 크게 제 역할을 못 한 경우는 예외이니 알려 주세요.
• 좌석을 줄이면 다음 갱신 때부터 적용됩니다.
• 환불은 판매 대행사인 Paddle이 원래 결제 수단으로 처리하며, 보통 영업일 기준 5~10일 걸립니다.
